2. 陈发虎的介绍

陈发虎，男，汉族，1962年12月生，陕西丹凤人。1984年获兰州大学自然地理学学士学位，1990年获兰州大学自然地理学博士学位，1995-1997年在英国利物浦大学地理系从事博士后研究。1995年起任兰州大学自然地理学教授和博士生导师，2005年起任西部环境教育部重点实验室主任，2007年至今任兰州大学副校长（主管科研），2008年起任兰州大学学术委员会副主任，2010年起任西部环境与气候变化研究院学术委员会主任，兰州大学自然地理学科带头人。2005-2013年任国家基金委创新群体负责人，国家外专局/教育部自然地理学学科引智创新计划负责人，现任国际第四纪联合会（INQUA）古气候委员会委员和陆地过程委员会通讯委员，国际地理学会（IGU）环境演化专业委员会副主席，任国际地理学会（IGU）COMLAND委员会委员，国际古湖沼学会咨询委员会委员；现任中国地理学会副理事长。兼任《科学通报》特邀编辑，《中国科学：地球科学》等SCI杂志副主编。12015年12月，增选为中国科学院院士。

3. 陈虎的主要成果

从事造血干细胞移植的临床及实验研究20余年。曾赴法国攻读血细胞及分子生物学博士，并进行骨髓移植的临床研究。专攻白血病、再障等疾病的造血干细胞移植，肿瘤的免疫治疗。带领全科成功地开展了1000余例各类造血干细胞移植，在该领域达到了全国领先水平。参加上海“6.25”核事故等多次事故的诊治工作，1999年被总后勤部命名为“军中名医”。 获军队科技进步二等奖成果3项，承担国家863课题及省、部级科研课题10项，近五年发表论文60余篇，著书6部。解放军307医院医生陈虎，教授，解放军307医院CTC细胞免疫治疗中心主任，全军造血干细胞移植中心主任、军事医学科学院细胞与基因研究治疗中心副主任、全军放射病治疗研究中心副主任。中华器官移植学会委员、北京血液学专业委员会副主任委员、中国医学生物技术协会血液专业委员会委员、干细胞与再生医学学会委员、中华医学会北京分会秘书、第三军医大学客座教授、《白血病淋巴瘤杂志》及《干细胞与再生医学》杂志编委、北京市第三届职业病诊断鉴定委员会委员和专家库成员。 获军队科技进步三等奖以上成果5项，承担国家及军队科研课题10项，近五年发表论文60余篇，著书6部。

4. 陈小虎的学术成果

长期从事电气工程学科方面的教学与科研工作，先后主持教育部、江苏省高校自然科学基金等科研项目数十项，在电力系统优化调度、风电场与电力系统并网理论及相关控制技术等方面有较深研究，发表学术论文二十余篇；主编国家级规划教材两部；多次荣获国家教学成果二等奖、江苏省教学成果一等奖等，享受国务院特殊津贴专家及江苏省“333工程”第二层次培养对象、江苏省“6大人才高峰”第三批次资助对象。

7. 陈发虎的个人履历

1984年毕业于兰州大学自然地理学专业，获学士学位，1987年获硕士学位，1990年获博士学位。1995-1997年英国利物浦大学地理系博士后。1990年起在兰州大学地理系任教，1992年任副教授，1994年任教授，1995年任自然地理学博士生导师。1998年任兰州大学地理系副主任，1999-2005年任资源环境学院院长，2005-2008年任教育部“985”二期“西北资源环境与生态”I类科技创新平台首席科学家，2005年起任西部环境教育部重点实验室主任，2007年任兰州大学副校长。曾多次在国外交流访问和工作。1991年10月-1992年4月访问英国莱斯特与利物浦大学地理系；1992年11月-1993年9月在英国伦敦大学Royal Hollyway学院第四纪研究中心、利物浦大学地质系和法国国家农业研究中心（INAR）土壤实验室工作；2001年11月-2002年4月作为客座教授在英国University College London（UCL）环境变化研究中心工作。任国际第四纪联合会（INQUA）RACHAD工作组主席和古气候委员会委员，国际地理联合会（IGU）土地退化和荒漠化委员会委员等，主持国际学术会议5次。
